Step-by-Step Guide - How To Make Reportsby Jennifer RomeroThere are a few ways of compiling your own reports in Kolimbo. You can produce a 'Transaction History' report showing all referrals from all programs and the status of each one. You can also compile a 'Performance Graph' report which will compare your programs against each other. Read on to find out how you can do this in Kolimbo. Transaction HistoryKolimbo allows you to create reports and graphs to show your programs progress with commissions as well as other criteria.Step 1. To begin, you will need to log into Kolimbo using your ID# and password. Step 2. Once you are logged into Kolimbo, you can locate the 'My Reports' tab on the left side of the welcome page. Step 3. When you hover over that tab two other sub-tabs will appear. Since we are going to view our past transactions you should click on the 'Transaction History' tab. Step 4. This tab will then take you to a screen that will allow you to start creating your report. You can choose the time frame of the report that you would like to run by using the drop down menu to change the dates that are already set in those fields. Step 5. Once you have changed the dates to the time frame that you want you can then click 'View' to generate your report. Creating a transaction history is a good way to keep track of your commissions. You can do them daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. This is also a good way to go back and view what you have earned in case you need to double check something for a certain day.
Performance GraphNow that you have learned how to create a report for your transaction history you can also make a chart that shows the performance of each and every merchant. The following is a step by step guide to help you do so.Step 1. To begin, you will need to log into Kolimbo using your ID# and password. Step 2. Once you are logged into Kolimbo, you can locate the 'My Reports' tab on the left side if the welcome page. Step 3. When you hover over that tab two other sub-tabs will appear. This time instead of running a report we are making a graph so we need to click on the 'Performance Graphs' tab. Step 4. This tab will take you to an area where you will need to pick the criteria for your graph. The first option you have is to decide what exactly you want to graph the performance of (ex. Commissions, Earnings Per Click, Conversions, etc.). The next thing that you will need to decide is the number of months you would like to have the graph cover (you can cover anywhere from 1 month to 24 months). Next you will need to choose which merchants you want to be included in this graph. You can choose up to 5 merchants. Step 5. Once all the criteria has been chosen click the ‘Build My Graph’ button to create your graph. A new page will then appear showing the graph with the criteria that you have just chosen. Creating this graph can allow you to compare how well one merchant is doing over another. Creating these reports and graphs are easy and now you can do them on a regular basis to help you keep track of your earnings and your programs performance.
